We had the seafood chowder, pink snapper, and the prawns & scallops entrees. All were SUPERB. Don’t sleep on that chowder. Don’t underestimate the snapper, and for the love of all that is holy— get the prawns and scallops. We sat at the counter and watched food being thoughtfully prepped. We love a good counter set up. Our server was excellent, Chris is great. He explained the dishes to us and helped us decide on drinks. I love when staff take pride in their restaurant and show customers what they can do with their meal. This place is clean, great food, and awesome service. Give WildFin a shot! They source local, support sustainability, and it’s a great experience!

We had a wonderful dinner. Chris was our server, and a favorite. We had the Grilled Salmon, and the Red Snapper, plus Harvest Salads. Had to skip dessert! However, the selections appeared delectable. We truly enjoyed our meals. We would highly recommend this restaurant! Iced Tea kept refilled. Great service!

WildFin American Grill – A Great Dining Experience WildFin American Grill in Beaverton offers a welcoming and relaxed dining atmosphere, living up to its reputation as a casual neighborhood restaurant that prides itself on serving the best products the region has to offer. With a focus on Northwest meats, seafood, and produce, as well as local handcrafted beers and wines, they aim to deliver a high-quality dining experience—and for the most part, they succeed. We visited on a Monday evening, just before the dinner rush, and were seated immediately since the restaurant wasn’t busy yet. The staff was friendly and attentive, which set a great tone for the meal. Food & Drinks I ordered the WildFin Dinner House Burger (25.95), which came with bacon onion jam, Cambozola cheese, arugula, tomato, and a brioche bun, served with Parmesan truffle fries on the side. I also paired it with the WildFin Hefeweizen (7.95), though they were out of my first choice of beer. The burger was excellent—one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. The flavors were well-balanced, with the bacon onion jam adding a nice sweetness that complemented the creamy, slightly funky Cambozola cheese. The truffle fries were tasty, though they didn’t stand out as much as the burger. The presentation was impressive, with the food served on a wooden plate tray, which added to the experience. My cousins ordered the Petite Tender (34.95), which featured a chimichurri herb salsa and garlic herb butter, alongside the Alaskan Sockeye with lemon vermouth butter and avocado verde. They enjoyed their meals, though they felt the Fresh Shucked Oysters (4.25 each) weren’t worth the price, mentioning that they were on the smaller side—about the size of a silver dollar. Ambiance & Atmosphere The restaurant itself had a nice atmosphere, with good background music that my cousins pointed out. One unexpected but enjoyable surprise was a guitarist who came in to perform for a birthday celebration at another table. He played multiple songs, including Happy Birthday, which added a unique touch to the evening. It wasn’t clear whether this was arranged by the restaurant or an outside vendor, but it certainly enhanced the experience. Final Thoughts Overall, WildFin American Grill delivers on its promise of handcrafted food and drinks that highlight the best of the Northwest. The service was great, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the food—especially the burger—was fantastic. The only real downside was the pricing of the oysters, which didn’t quite match their size. Would I return? Absolutely. I’d love to explore more of their menu, and if their other dishes are as good as the WildFin Dinner House Burger, then it’s definitely worth coming back for. Rating: 4.5/5 – Highly recommended for a quality meal with a great atmosphere!

I enjoyed Happy Hour on a Saturday afternoon. I have only one small criticism. The cold metal chairs on a cold Fall day were not pleasant. Thankfully, there were some chairs available with wood seats. I enjoyed everything else about my experience at WildFin. The sampler tower and porter beer were excellent. Staff and other bar patrons were very friendly.

My wife and I went for our anniversary. This is the 2nd time we have gone and the 2nd time it was wonderful. Service was great (Chris our server did a great job) and the food was amazing! The only thing left to be desired was the ambiance. Too many tables and chairs not enough booths. Besides that, a perfect night!

Today, 6/13/2025, I returned to WildFin. I've been here a handful of times and always have had a great experience. Today, being there almost met that expectation. I had stopped in earlier and saw a promotion posted about bringing in a movie ticket on the day of the event and receiving a free appetizer. Since I had tickets to the movie I bought my guest to have supper after the movie was over. I told the waiter I had tickets and he said he didn't even need to see them. We ordered one appetizer and two meals. When I was paying the bill I asked the waiter if I could take a second appetizer home. To my surprise, he said that only one ticket per table was allowed. This didn't seem right to me because no place on the promotion was this stated. Rather than make a scene, I paid the bill and took part of my meal to go. Before leaving the building, I asked an employee if there was a manager present. After a brief discussion with other employees a gentleman walked up to me and introduced himself as the manager. I explained what happened. He immediately agreed with me and told me it would be 10-15 minutes until one could be made to go. I said I couldn't wait that long. Bottom line, within 5 minutes I had the second free appetizer in a to-go bag along with his apologies for what the waiter told me. I told him how much I appreciated the way he handled it all and only afterwards did I tell him that I do reviews for Google maps. I asked if he minded giving me his name for a review. He said to wait a moment and he brought me his business card! So to Isaac Jones, General Manager of the WildFin at 2725 SW Cedar Hills Blvd, Beaverton OR, I thank you for being professional and making everything right. I hope many people further up the ladder at WildFin see this and reward you for being an exceptional manager. Thank You! Bill The four stars for service are only because of the original waiter. Isaac deserves much higher.
